Meals are served at Nacpan Sunmai Restaurant, which is right next door to the campsite and has great views. Get there for sunset and enjoy a drink (or two) before dinner.
The menu is international, but there are also traditional Filipino dishes such as Pork Sisig and Grilled Tanigue (fresh Spanish mackerel in delicious spinach sauce) and Spicy Squid. There is Japanese Tonkatus chicken, Pork Ribs, authentic Italian Pizza, healthy Smoothy Bowls, Vegetable Goulash, and much more. For dessert, try the mocha crumble or mango float (made using the sweetest local mangoes).
The kitchen at Nacpan Sunmai uses only locally sourced ingredients which are hand picked by the talented Head Chefs.
Sunmai’s kitchen is led by Filipino head chefs Jojo Alog and Eddison Ramirez, who each bring 15 years of experience in five-star resorts around Southeast Asia before joining Nacpan.
